The intense shooting schedule that will be required for both Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed is not stopping Dakota Johnson from adding more film credits to her name. Dakota has reportedly been cast as a singer in the upcoming heavy metal film The Sound of Metal. Can she pull it off?

The Sound of Metal will reportedly feature Dakota as the singer in a heavy metal band in which Matthias Schoenaerts (who starred in The Danish Girl and A Bigger Splash) plays the drummer. The group faces a major setback when Matthias's character suddenly experiences hearing loss — that's all we really know about the project so far, and other casting details aren't yet available via IMDb.

The 26-year-old is smart to strike now while the iron is hot. Off the heels of her Fifty Shades of Grey fame, Dakota is taking complete advantage of her "It Girl" status by scoring roles in films like Black Mass with Johnny Depp, A Bigger Splash with Tilda Swinton, and the upcoming romantic comedy How to Be Single, which stars Leslie Mann and Rebel Wilson. She seems to be making an effort not to be pigeonholed as a helpless female character and is surrounding herself with cinematic heavyweights and talented costars.

She's already the longest-reigning monarch in Great Britain, and now Prince William and Prince Harry's beloved grandmother is about to achieve yet another milestone. In a few days, Queen Elizabeth will be honored for spending 64 years as queen, but the occasion is as somber as it is happy.

Elizabeth, 89, took on the role of queen on February 6, 1953, after the death of her father, King George VI. For obvious reasons, she isn't about to throw herself a gala to celebrate the milestone, because with it comes the desire to reflect upon her father's life and mourn his loss.

The day is known as Accession Day in Great Britain, and it's one that the queen usually spends at Sandringham House, where she'll usually do little more than host a quiet, low-key event with, I'm guessing, close family members. The palace has yet to announce the queen's plans for the day, and it's assumed Elizabeth will not be kicking up her heels or making a big fuss about the occasion. It really is a bittersweet one. If the trade-off for assuming the throne is losing a person you love deeply, I'm sure 99.9 percent of people on the planet would gladly give up that role to keep their family member healthy.

Still, Elizabeth faced her destiny with strength and dignity and deserves to be honored for representing her country for decades. Believe it or not, despite her age, the queen took on 341 public duties last year — more than her grandsons and Kate Middleton combined. If that isn't a solid work ethic, I don't know what is. And she isn't slowing down any time soon. She's expected to take her show on the road soon after Accession Day by heading to London for meetings with diplomats and UK prime minister David Cameron.

In other words: 64 years and going strong.

It looks like one former Bachelor has moved on from the franchise for good. Alex Michel, the very first Bachelor, is missing in action, according to host Chris Harrison, who is desperately trying to reunite all past Bachelors for a 20th season celebration called The Bachelor at 20: A Celebration of Love.

Bachelor OG Alex, a Harvard grad and management consultant, appeared on the very first episode of the reality dating series back in 2002. Most people probably remember him less for his personality and more for not choosing contestant Trista Rehn (now Trista Sutter), which was the best thing that could have happened to her because it led to her becoming the very first Bachelorette star and meeting husband Ryan. After his Bachelor stint, Alex went on to rep companies like Match.com and Princess Cruises and is quietly living his life as an executive at a media and tech company.

Harrison revealed on Bachelor Live that he is trying to bring Alex out of hiding so he can take part in the Valentine's Day two-hour special, which will also feature former Bachelors like Sean Lowe and Jason Mesnick.

But, so far, no cigar.

"The biggest gathering of former Bachelors in the show's history is coming up, but we can't find the first one, Alex Michel," Harrison said. "He's gone MIA. He was last seen in New York City. If anyone has any information please give us a call or tweet us. Alex, if you're watching, come home, brother! Come home."

Sounds like a bit of a witch hunt, and I can't help feeling bad for Alex! Will one of his coworkers give him up? The man is so off the radar that he doesn't have a Twitter or Instagram account — he's obviously not interested in publicity.

Personally, I think it's funny and pretty awesome that Alex is leading everyone on a wild goose chase while he is, more than likely, living a good life in NYC with his Bachelor experiences far behind him. Good for him for not trying to capitalize on his reality TV show fame. In his mind, The Bachelor was probably something he did for fun a million years ago, in another lifetime. What could he possibly have to say about it now?

With that said, it'll be interesting to see whether he caves in and agrees to join his other "brothers" at the reunion. If not, you can look forward to finding out what on earth Prince Lorenzo Borghese is up to these days.

While you wait another year for more Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele to delight your senses at a theater near you, parody Fifty Shades of Black will fill in the gap by tickling your funny bone. Comedian and writer Marlon Wayans revealed the reason Fifty Shades of Grey inspired him to take on the mammoth task of mocking EL James's beloved creation — in the most flattering way possible.

First thing's first: Fifty Shades of Black isn't an attempt on Marlon's part to trash Fifty Shades of Grey — it's actually meant for fans of the movie, who are encouraged to lovingly poke fun at the seriousness of key scenes. If you're wondering what would inspire him to choose James's material, he explains it has everything to do with his love of women: "When I had seen women on the plane reading this book and just getting so hot and bothered, I was like, what is in this?!" he told the Hollywood Reporter. "Part of me was reading it because I wanted to learn something, because, you know, women, I always want to please you guys."

Alongside writing partner Rick Alvarez, Wayans got to work penning the script that would become Fifty Shades of Black, which he shot for under $5 million, despite scoring performances from TV and movie veterans Florence Henderson (The Brady Bunch!), Jane Seymour, Mike Epps, and Kali Hawk.

It sounds like Wayans approached the parody with a great deal of thought and consideration for his female audience. He says he made sure to create characters his viewers will care about and like, but that he went a little heavy on the stalker tendencies of his Christian Grey-ish male lead, albeit in a humorous way.

If you're wondering whether James is offended by Fifty Shades of Black, nothing could be further from the truth. Marlon says he and EL actually met up and had "a couple thousands of glasses of wine" together and that he assured her that, aside from a few jokes she may find offensive, he thinks she'll find the film "absolutely hilarious."

I'll admit: I'm more excited about Marlon's take on the BDSM film than I am about Fifty Shades Darker. If the jokes are as clever as he promises, it could prove to be a breakout hit. Judging by the bidding war it reportedly caused at Cannes, a few other people feel the same way.

Fifty Shades of Black will be released in the US on January 29, 2016.

The Duchess of Cambridge has maintained a svelte, enviable figure for years, even after delivering two children and dealing with the stress that accompanies her public role. So what's her secret? Kate Middleton's workout and diet secrets have been revealed, and they aren't as difficult to follow as you might think.

Don't expect to find the 34-year-old royal glued to a cardio machine at the gym -- she's a big fan of outdoor activities and tries to burn calories and build muscle while engaging in fun sports. Kate reportedly loves skiing, swimming, running, and rowing, which is something she can do in the privacy of a private gym at Clarence Hall. Instead of dedicating a separate workout session to lifting weights, she tries to include weights in her outdoor cardio and multitasks by combining moves -- for example, squats with lunges or push-ups with step-ups.

Given her busy schedule, it makes sense that Kate would seamlessly incorporate exercise into her life instead of blocking out a chunk of each day to slave over machines at the gym. I'm not at all surprised to learn she loves yoga, as well, and relies on it to decompress, stretch her muscles, and give her better soundness of mind.

Of course, the best workout routine in the world is going to do very little if you're not paying close attention to the foods you eat. Instead, she practices common sense and fuels up on lean meats, vegetables, and seafood. She doesn't deprive herself of indulgences, either, and is said to occasionally chow down on foods like Kettle chips, salami, and British candies.

The best thing about Kate's diet and fitness "secrets" is that they aren't at all mysterious and actually sound attainable. She practices moderation and proves that everyone, including a naturally slender person like herself, needs to exercise in order to stay healthy and toned.

Many of us struggle with insecurities and anxieties that our partners may fail to understand -- celebrities are no exception. On Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Catherine Lowe confessed she deals with a major body insecurity, and that it's having a negative effect on her marriage to Sean Lowe.

The couple, who met on The Bachelor and are expecting their first child together, agreed to appear on the reality TV show in order to strengthen their relationship and improve their communication skills. It seems like they'll make a breakthrough on the next episode, because a sneak peek clip shows Catherine, 29, admitting to Sean, 32, that something her sister used to say to her when they were kids still messes with her mind.

Catherine's older sister used to call her a "pig," she revealed, and her words "traumatized" her. "I've never felt like I was okay in a bathing suit," Giudice said while in tears. "I can't go on these trips, and I know that hurts Sean because these are experiences that we're missing."

Some celebs refuse to give their fans the time of day -- something that could never be said about the star of Fifty Shades of Grey. Jamie Dornan made a fan's dream come true by stopping everything he was doing on the set of The Fall and spending quality time with her.

While filming scenes for the BBC thriller in Northern Ireland, the 33-year-old actor was approached by Heather Mack, a 34-year-old woman who is a trainee at Stepping Stones NI (an organization that provides job training for people with learning disabilities) and a volunteer trainee at a wedding stationary crafter called Pink Elephant Cards. Heather's number one dream in life was to meet Jamie, so the folks at Pink Elephant did everything they could to make it happen.

At first, they admitted, they had no idea how they would pull off granting Heather's wish -- until they discovered he was filming in Belfast. Bingo. They got in touch with Jamie's folks and before she knew it, lucky Heather was posing for photos with her favorite celebrity and getting to chat with him on set.

The wait is over. Fifty Shades Darker has cast Kim Basinger in the role of Christian Grey's former lover Elena Lincoln, aka Mrs. Robinson, and she couldn't be more perfect.

For those of you youngins who have never heard of Kim, or who only know her as Ireland Baldwin's gorgeous blonde mom, the Academy Award-winning actress was the hottest thing on the planet throughout the '80s and '90s. Hollywood has a bad habit of casting 40-year-old women to play the "older woman" beside her 30-year-old male costar -- it's an egregious insult to women everywhere and, frankly, is becoming rather boring to watch. That's just one of the reasons why we should applaud the casting of Kim, who is 62 -- and perfectly believable in the role.

She's obviously still stunning, but even more importantly, the role of Elena requires a mature woman who is confident in her sexuality, but also predatory in her nature -- if you recall, she took advantage of Jamie Dornan's Christian when he was very young and introduced him to the BDSM lifestyle. Kim has the sophistication required to contrast wildly with Dakota Johnson's innocent Anastasia Steele, who is going to be shaking in her boots when she meets her Elena. How fun!

Nothing is more heartbreaking for a parent than being separated from his or her children. After a long and arduous court battle, Teen Mom 2's Leah Messer won back custody of her twin girls, and she couldn't be happier.

Back in October, Leah, 23, was accused of not taking her 6-year-old daughters Aliannah and Aleeah to school, or of taking them in late most days. As a result, a West Virginia judge granted primary custody to their dad, Leah's ex Corey Simms, who recently welcomed a baby girl named Remi with wife Miranda. Leah didn't sit back and accept the ruling. She worked her tail off speaking to the superintendent, obtaining time-stamped pictures to prove her girls were not tardy, and ultimately proving in court that she was a responsible mom where her children's schooling was concerned.

Leah, who completed a 30-day stay in a treatment center to get help for anxiety and depression, regained her custody rights and will have her girls on Thursdays though Sundays, while Corey will take them for the remainder of the week, as well as one weekend each month. The former couple will split their bills 50/50, and by all measures, it sounds like Leah and Corey are maturing and coming to a practical understanding about what it takes to successfully co-parent.

Queen Elizabeth isn't afraid of relinquishing some of the control she has as the longest-reigning monarch, nor should she be, given the loyal and capable family members who surround her. Kate Middleton was just given a new role by Queen Elizabeth, and it's one that perfectly suits the sporty Duchess of Cambridge.

As she prepares to ring in her 90th year, the Queen has decided to pass on two responsibilities: She has given her role as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club to Kate, and appointed Prince Harry with the role of patron of the Rugby Football Union (yes, I find it difficult to picture the queen ever holding this position, but for all we know she could be an avid fan of the game).

Queen E. held the honor of patron of the tennis and croquet club for 64 years and was a figurehead for the rugby club for 65 years -- so we should remember it can't be easy for her to step down and pass the torch. But it's wise of her to make plans now to ensure that the duties that accompany these roles are given to members of the royal family who are best equipped to handle them.

Kate is a natural athlete and a huge fan of tennis, as she proves every year by attending Wimbledon. The queen lucked out with a granddaughter-in-law who is already invested in British sports. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are advocates for good foods and exercise, and they're willing to give up part of their home to promote a healthier lifestyle. Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning to grow vegetables at Anmer Hall so that they can become self-sufficient.

The royal couple have reportedly hired a gardening expert to help them take a large section of their land in Norfolk and convert it into an organic farm, complete with veggies, flowers, and even trees. They've also hired a cottage expert named Robin Parker, whose duties will include creating a beautiful landscape plan to transform their backyard (to the tune of £1.5 million), as well as looking after Prince George and Princess Charlotte's playground.

You can expect to hear tales of Kate cooking up a storm with her homegrown veggies, as we hear she is becoming quite the organic foodie. Their new garden will also be wonderful for George, 2, and Charlotte, 9 months, who will grow up learning about nature, seasonal produce, and all of the hard work it takes to get food from soil to plate.

There was some talk a few months back about Kate and Will starting their own Anmer Hall organic food label, following in the footsteps of Prince Charles, whose Duchy Originals label, featuring produce and meats grown at his Cornwall estate, does incredible business at the Waitrose grocery shop. The profits from their label would be donated to charity and they'd help raise awareness for the importance of choosing fresh produce from local farms, but there's no word yet on whether their new garden is simply for their own personal use, or if they have a much loftier goal in mind.

Either way, I have backyard garden envy right now -- made even stronger by the fact that Kate has professionals handling her soil-digging, worm-encountering duties if she wants to. Anyone else wondering if she'll get her hands dirty?

It was one male journalist's lucky day when Dakota Johnson and Leslie Mann flirted with the reporter during a press junket for How to Be Single in a way that will leave you wondering how he got through the interview without breaking a sweat or fainting. 

The 26-year-old Fifty Shades of Grey actress and her hilarious costar teamed up in support of their new film, which hits theaters on February 12. Considering how they were sitting for scores of press interviews on the same day, the duo were either bored out of their minds or simply overjoyed to find that Chris Van Vliet from WSVN in Miami was one heck of a hot male reporter.

So they decided to shake things up.

It started innocently enough, with both Leslie and Dakota commenting on Chris's good looks, before it quickly turned into the actresses trying to hook up their single friends on set with the eligible bachelor -- and then requesting that he take off his clothing so they could enjoy him.

If there was ever more proof that men and women are as different as night and day, this video is it. All parents send their little ones off for their first day of school with the hope that they will meet friends, find a source of comfort in a teacher, and flourish academically. Kate Middleton and Prince William are breathing easy because Prince George reportedly loves nursery school and is adjusting well to his new schedule.

The royal 2-year-old began attending the Westacre Montessori School in Norfolk one month ago, but we hear he is already loving his new environment, making friends, and benefiting from the program, which stresses the importance of teaching children to be independent. 

According to a royal who spoke to People, "It has been a very happy time for them as a family. Prince George is settling in the nursery school very well. And the family is very grateful for the widespread goodwill they have received from around the world."

There's always a chance that a toddler, especially one like George, who seems attached to mom Kate's hip, is going to dread school or act out when he realizes he has to share attention and toys with other students. But the beautiful thing about his Montessori program is that George is placed in the same class as children that are both his age and slightly older than him so that they can grow and learn together. George can then take the skills and compassion modeled to him by the older kids and apply them to his little sister Princess Charlotte when he gets home -- how cool is that?

William and Kate have made plenty of jokes about how George is a "little monkey" and an energetic little guy -- parent code for, "my toddler never sits still and enjoys throwing raw eggs on the living room floor." I think it was smart for the royal couple to register him for school at such an early age, even if he only attends class for a few hours a week. It helps him learn how to thrive without his parents and acquire new skills and confidence. 

It might even make him more cooperative and have fewer tantrums at home -- at least I hope so, for Kate and Will's sake!

One of the most successful Bachelorette couples of all time is proving they can make their relationship work no matter where they lay down roots. Less than five months after settling down in Nashville, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are moving again— but where will they end up this time?

Both Kaitlyn, who hails from Vancouver, and Shawn, a Nashville native, posted separate photos on Instagram that show them preparing to relocate to another home. Unfortunately, the loved-up couple didn't divulge all of the juicy details.

Kaitlyn would apparently rather drive a nail through her head than have to fill up another box with her belongings:

The pair have admitted in the past that they are having a great time getting to know each other in their post-Bachelor world and aren't in a rush to get married (although they are reportedly making wedding plans now). They lived together in Vancouver for a little bit before trying out Nashville, but they could just as well end up in Los Angeles or New York City for a few months to seek new and exciting career opportunities.

Given this couple's tendency to over-share with their fans, my bet is that they are simply moving to another apartment or house within Nashville. If their move was a more major one, I get the feeling neither would be able to keep it a secret for this long.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see!

It may seem like up is down and down is up when you hear how Farrah Abraham responded to a Bachelor contestant's nasty diss about her and the entire Teen Mom franchise. Let's just say: This is one of the rare times in life when you may find yourself rooting for Farrah.

The 24-year-old mom, who is no stranger to public feuds (see both Nicki Minaj and Kourtney Kardashian as exhibits A and B), didn't remain silent after Olivia Caridi, aka the numero uno villain on season 20 of The Bachelor, invoked the name of the show that made Farrah famous to cruelly insult another contestant. 

Olivia, a beautiful blonde with a bad attitude, tried to put Amanda Stanton down by comparing her heartbreaking custody issues to "an episode of Teen Mom." Amanda is, in fact, a young mom (though she was in her 20s when she first gave birth), but it's pretty obvious she doesn't want her name attached to the MTV show because she quickly fired back at Olivia and said she has her "s--t together," which leads us to believe neither she nor Olivia thinks Farrah and her costars have their lives in order.

Not so, says Farrah. In an interview with US Weekly, the controversial reality star said:

Now you can see why it's offensive to others to judge someone's parenting drama no matter what age. The women on The Bachelor got a dose of the Teen Mom bad stigma. I am older than most of these women on Bachelor, with my life together and organized. Maybe as women we can all agree -- no matter how old, how many difficulties life throws at us, as parents or not -- to support one another and hope for the best.

Preach on, sister.

Farrah is 100 percent on point this time. Olivia is lowering herself to the ground and exposing her lack of confidence by proving she only thinks she can win the affections of Ben Higgins by putting down the other women. And attacking a mom's situation, especially one that involves a custody dispute, is a below-the-belt assault.

As for Amanda, she shouldn't have wasted her breath responding to Olivia's blatant attempt to knock her down. And she's only perpetuating the woman-on-woman war by desperately insisting she is different from the ladies on Teen Mom. The whole situation is just sad and makes everyone involved seem catty.

By resisting the impulse to attack Olivia and Amanda and instead giving us a thoughtful, insightful response, Farrah seems like the most clued-in woman of the bunch this time around. It also makes me think her life experience has provided her with a great deal of wisdom that she should harness and use for the benefit of other women (if she can only contain her urge to diss everyone in the process).

Former Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky is loving being pregnant with her first child, but it hasn't all been roses and pizza. Fedotowsky lost seven pounds during her first trimester because she suffered from such major nausea that even thinking about her favorite foods made her cry.

The 31-year-old TV star, who keeps a personal blog where she shares her style and thoughts on life and (what else?) the Bachelor shows, admitted in a post entitled "Our Baby Story: The First Trimester" that she had a rather tough couple of months at the start of her pregnancy journey:

It was rough because I was sick all of the time. I lost about 7lbs in my first trimester because I couldn't really eat anything. I only ate clementines and dry toast for about a month between weeks 7-12.

Even though Ali says she craved pizza, which she usually loves, the thought of it made her sick to her stomach and even drove her to tears. When fiancé Kevin failed to understand her dilemma, she attempted to explain it by comparing her first trimester to a constant hangover without the fun party the night before.

Can you think of a better analogy?

There may be a few women out there rolling their eyes right about now at the so-called "issue" Ali had losing weight instead of gaining it during her first trimester. As a mom with two kids who had the experience of both overeating while pregnant with my first child (my doctor actually told me to cool it because I had gained 10 pounds by week 7) and wanting to vomit every time I looked at food with my second baby, I can assure you: I'd take a weight gain any day. Extreme first-trimester nausea is debilitating and feels like it lasts a lifetime.

Plus, eating is highly enjoyable.

Luckily, Ali is out of her first trimester and feeling the relative calm that accompanies the second trimester:

Imagine, for a moment, that you are a man (or woman!) flipping through Tinder when, suddenly, you stumble upon the star of Fifty Shades of Grey. Would anyone on this green earth swipe left?! Dakota Johnson has revealed whether she has a Tinder account and is capable of making this daydream a reality.

Despite persistent pesky rumors that the 26-year-old actress and her ex-boyfriend Matthew Hitt still hang out, the How to Be Single star is said to be ... well, as single as you can get. Assuming they're just friends or casually dating or whatever — how can a super-famous woman like Dakota go about meeting a guy on the street and feel confident that he isn't asking her out simply because she's wealthy, gorgeous, and a real-life Anastasia Steele?

Perhaps online dating would help — after all, lots of awesome people have met their significant others through sites and apps like Match.com and Tinder, right? Don't hold your breath when it comes to Dakota trying them out, though. When she was asked whether she's on Tinder, she left no question in anyone's minds with her response — an emphatic "No!"

Dakota is so opposed to online dating that she even refuses to try out a dating app called Raya that her own brother created with some friends. Her exact words, per OK! magazine: "It's really exclusive and you have to be accepted. I have no idea how it works, and I refuse to be a part of it!"

I'm not all that surprised that Dakota isn't trying her luck online. Considering the number of events and parties she attends, I find it difficult to believe she has trouble meeting men — even though she claims she can "count on one hand" the number of times she has been approached by a guy. And her inbox would be filled with creepy guys of all ages who want to get close to her because they've already seen her half-naked in a movie. I think she's kind of better off dating someone who is equally as famous or who at least understands her lifestyle and can handle it.

Just goes to show: Dating isn't easy for anyone out there, Dakota included.

In their new movie How to Be Single, they're the ultimate swinging and carefree bachelorettes, and when Dakota Johnson and Rebel Wilson recently played the Dating Game, their hilarious, dirty answers prove they have a lot in common with their on-screen characters.

The stars of the film, which will be released in theaters on February 12, joined costars Leslie Mann, Alison Brie, and Anders Holm for an impromptu round of a very old-fashioned version of the oldie Dating Game show, hosted by E! News.

Right off the bat, Dakota and Leslie take the interview to new (and awesomely low) heights when they're asked to fill in the blanks in a question based on actual classic dating game questions from 1938. The first: "Men don't like girls who borrow their (blank) and smudge them with (blank)." Oh, the possibilities are endless here, and Dakota instantly reveals she has a cheeky sense of humor and isn't afraid to take the question and run with it.

I think we can tell, based on this video, that Dakota and Rebel were probably the bad influences on the set of the film, though Leslie, Alison, and Anders have no problem keeping up with them. It's also evident that they share the same no-shame-in-our-game attitude, which leads me to believe they've given their all in this film and it's going to be hilarious.

It would be fantastic if this talented female quartet became the next Seth Rogen/James Franco/Paul Rudd/Jonah Hill -- which is to say, a foursome that write and star in smart comedies together. Dakota proves she has great comedic timing, and it will be interesting to see what other projects she takes on in the future -- after, of course, her two-year commitment to Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed is up.

You couldn't be blamed for wondering whether Prince William's sibling was treated like royalty while serving in the British Army -- but nothing could be further from the truth. While stationed in Afghanistan, Prince Harry escaped a Taliban rocket that blew up just a few feet from his camp.

The frightening incident happened when Harry was 23 and was deployed to a desert base called Dwyer, located six miles from the front line. In his new book, Coldstream Guards, 10 Years in Afghanistan, Guardsmen's Stories, Sergeant Tom Pal revealed: "I remember one afternoon before evening scoff or a gurkha curry was on I was sitting chatting with both Captain Russell and Prince Harry about random stuff when the camp was hit by a Chinese 107mm rocket ... whoosh, bang, wallop."

Pal says the trio rushed to put on their body armor and helmets, realizing a little too late that they were under attack. The rocket hit about 196 feet, which may seem like a long distance until you remember we're talking about a freaking bomb. It's terrifying -- and it proves Harry was treated no different from any other soldier on the ground.

Even Pal admits he had trouble believing the royal would be, given the dangerous responsibility of a forward air controller. The most amazing aspect of this story, in my opinion, is that Harry hasn't bragged about it or used it to his advantage. If not for Pal, we may never even know about the attack.

Just goes to show: The young prince is willing to put in the work and expects to be treated like everyone else -- and isn't doing the things he does for fame or to stroke his own ego. He's the real deal.

Finally, a movie they can watch without blushing. Dakota Johnson's family attended the How to be Single premiere in New York City, overjoyed (we're sure) that she won't be spanked by Jamie Dornan in her latest funny flick.

Dakota's mom Melanie Griffith, dad Don Johnson, and half-brother Jesse Johnson walked the red carpet with the 26-year-old actress, and looked as happy as could be to support her as she celebrated her first major comedic role. In the new flick, which will be released in theaters on Feb. 12th, Dakota plays a newly single woman named Alice who, with the help of BFF (played by Rebel Wilson), learns how to enjoy her new independence in New York City, while navigating the often murky and bizarre dating scene. Leslie Mann and Alison Brie also costar in the movie.

No one could be more thrilled for Dakota than Melanie and Don, who admitted they had no interest watching her play Anastasia Steele in the controversial Fifty Shades of Grey -- something that probably filled them with guilt. Sure, it was the movie that put their daughter on the map and opened up the gates to other juicy roles, but they found it difficult to separate fact from fiction and, at the end of the day, couldn't stomach watching Dakota and Jamie have a whole lot of unconventional on-screen sex.

It's really lovely to see Melanie and Don, who split up years ago but have known each other since she was 14, reunite to support Dakota, who looked ethereal and regal in a star-embellished Yves Saint Laurent gown. Somewhere out there, Dakota's former stepdad Antonio Banderas is also breathing a sigh of relief because he, too, can enjoy this new movie without fearing he'll see Dakota's breasts.

Even the royal couple can't have their cake and eat it, too. Kate Middleton and Prince William had to reportedly miss a vacation to Mustique with the Middletons because their young children are their number one priority right now.

Every year, Kate's parents, her brother James, and her sister Pippa travel to Mustique, an island in the West Indies. Their holiday on the beach, which coincides with Carole Middleton's birthday, is one Kate and Will have been celebrating with them for years, but the royals are reportedly skipping out on it this year because they have their hands full at home with Prince George, 2, and Princess Charlotte, 9 months.

George only just started nursery school at the Westacre Montessori School, and even though I'm sure capable nannies can handle the school drop-off and pick-up, not having Mom and Dad at home while he's beginning to adjust to a brand-new routine isn't ideal. As for Charlotte, she is also settling down into a comfortable and predictable routine, and the duke and duchess aren't keen on disrupting her day, either.

I guess they could bring their kiddies with them on the relatively short plane ride to Mustique, but again, it would mean pulling George from school in the middle of the year and trying to get their little girl to sleep in a strange hotel room cot at a time when she is probably finally sleeping through the night with little problem. I think lots of parents would agree: This is a very risky endeavor and one that probably isn't worth the trade-off of being able to soak up the sun for a few hours a day (when you aren't chasing after your little ones).

And besides, Kate and Will will soon be packing their bags to embark on an exciting tour of India and Bhutan this spring -- sans kids. They probably feel like that's enough time to spend away from their children and that they have to be more picky about the vacations they take while their kids are still so young.

The next time I feel like sulking because I can't join single friends on their February vacation to Tulum (ugh, true story), I'll just remember Kate and Will know the pain -- and the pleasure -- of having to sacrifice one wonderful life experience to take care of and cuddle their kids. It's not such a bad life, is it?

There's a new "sexiest man in the world," and it isn't the star of Fifty Shades of Grey. Jamie Dornan has lost his "sexiest man" crown and has had to pass the ridiculous honor on to another Irish actor.

The 33-year-old star was christened the world's hottest man last year after wooing women everywhere with his gorgeous, psycho billionaire Christian Grey. But, according to a poll by Glamour magazine, the number one "hottest" spot now belongs to Aidan Turner, the 32-year-old star of the TV series Poldark. Turner also played Kili in the Hobbit series and will be starring in the upcoming drama Look Away with Chloë Sevigny.

Talk about cashing in on the royals. Prince Harry's face is being used to sell sex toys by a dominatrix who claims she had a sexy romp with him in Las Vegas.

I guess this is legal? A 42-year-old beautician named Carrie Reichert, who calls herself Carrie Royale while working at night as a dominatrix, claims she had fun times with the young royal four years ago when he was caught swimming naked in a Vegas pool. Now she is selling a "do it at home" dominatrix kit filled with goodies like lingerie, a leather whip, vibrator, handcuffs, and a cheeky tiara because, as I mentioned, Harry's image is being used on the inside cover of the package.

The kit will set you back $100 and will go on sale in the next few weeks. If you just so happen to live at Buckingham Palace, no worries, Reichert says she will be sending the royals one kit free of charge. Just the thing Queen Elizabeth has always dreamed of owning.

You can say this about Reichert: She has entrepreneurial spirit. She admits people around the world only know her as a woman Prince Harry maybe fooled around with in Sin City, so she thinks it's a good business tactic to use him to sell her products -- and who knows, perhaps she'll make a small fortune from her kit. In her mind, he exposed her as a dominatrix, so it's only fair that she have fun and help others explore their sexuality -- with a little help from the sexy prince.

My, my, my. What must Harry be thinking today? What is the queen saying about this whole embarrassing scandal, which I bet she thought would be swept under the rug for good by now? Are Kate Middleton and Prince William having a chuckle about it? Will Kate gift her brother-in-law a Christmas dominatrix kit of his very own next year? Oh, to be a fly on those royal walls at a time like this!
