Kim Kardashian spent her weekend giving back to a fan in need — and she is teaching her 5-year-old nephew Mason Disick the importance of charity. Kim and Mason visited a young girl with cancer who was the recipient of the Make-A-Wish Foundation charity.
Kim, who is pregnant with her second child with Kanye West, donned a white dress and peach jacket and showed up at a hospital on Saturday with Mason — Kourtney's oldest child. The 34-year-old posted a photo of herself with the girl, who made a wish courtesy of the foundation to meet her favorite celebrity:

So much attention is given to Kim's wardrobe, body, hair, and every other superficial aspect of the star that few people realize how involved she actually is in charity work. Kim supports 17 charities, including the Dream Foundation, Mattel Children's Hospital, Skin Cancer Foundation, and the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She has donated her clothing to support charities and even traveled to Africa for the Diamond Empowerment Fund, which raises money for people living in countries where diamonds are a natural resource.

Her work with children — and the thoughtful way she and Kourtney agreed to allow Mason to be a part of it — speaks volumes about Kim and her big heart. There's more to the reality TV celeb than just her looks. While others continue to judge her, she's out there doing her thing and, on Saturday, managed to make a young girl's day.
