Orlando Bloom had a pretty great July. First he fulfilled the dream of 99 percent of people on the planet when he punched Justin Bieber's lights out at a restaurant in Ibiza. That would have been enough to catapult him to knighthood. And now this -- something that will make scores of men yet again want to live vicariously through the Lord of the Rings actor: Bloom and Nina Dobrev were spotted getting it onat a Comic-Con party.
In case you're keeping score, that's Orlando: 2; Justin: 0.
So, maybe Nina provided Orlando with the confidence he needed to confront Justin because rumor has it their 20-minute makeout session took place on July 25 at Zachary Levi's Nerd HQ party in San Diego. Witnesses say the two were locked into one another and couldn't keep their hands or eyes off of each other.
HOT.
They first met years ago and apparently share the same manager. Nina, who is 25, told friends she always thought 37-year-old Orlando was a good-looking man -- she can say that again! So I guess it took a few months of flirting, but these two finally got together.
But not so fast. It's way too soon to say whether this is a thing or if they're just playing around. After all, Orlando has also been hanging out with Erica Packer, who is the ex-wife of his ex-wife Miranda Kerr's ex-boyfriend James Packer -- whew, got that all?
Given how Nina has been through the ringer with the men in her life lately -- she broke up with Vampire Diaries costar Ian Somerhalder in May and dealt with a public breakup with Derek Hough -- she is probably not looking for anything too serious. And having split from Miranda in October, I'm going to bet Orlando is playing the field, as well.
But as far as casual hook-ups go -- assuming that's what this is -- you could certainly do worse than Nina and Orlando.
