Khloe Kardashian is still, technically, married to Lamar Odom, but we all know how that's going. The 31-year-old reality TV star hasn't been happy for some time, but it seems she is ready to move on and find love: rumor has it Khloe is dating NBA star James Harden and that the two are minutes away from going public with their relationship.
Kardashian and Harden, who is known for his impressive beard and basketball skills (he's an MVP candidate who plays for the Houston Rockets), were spotted together at a party at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas on July 4 and have apparently been quite adorable and cuddly with each other in public (TMZ published photos of Khloe and James together). After the nightclub event, they reportedly attended a Chris Brown concert together.
If they are together, it sounds like it's a fairly new relationship, as we hear they met because Harden was one of the coaches at Kanye West's basketball birthday party at Staples Center in Los Angeles -- which took place at the beginning of June.

Even though Kardashian isn't ready to divorce Odom just yet (or, I should say, wasn't ready, before this news of a new man came to light), she and her ex haven't been seen together in some time, and rumor has it he's still battling his own drug demons. Since their separation, Kardashian has dated at least one other man -- rapper French Montana -- but her family never really approved of him because they thought he ran with a tough crowd.
In contrast, Harden, 25, has a reputation for being a hardworking professional with a great deal of talent. He even shares a little something in common with stepdad Caitlyn Jenner -- he won gold medals in the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2014 FIBA World Cup.

He may be a great boyfriend for Khloe — but holy smokes, does anyone else feel for Lamar here? It can't be easy watching your ex hook up with a younger, extremely talented man who has found great success in the sport you love.
Then again, Khloe deserves to find love and, if her ex isn't up to the task for his own personal reasons, why shouldn't she move on?
