Clik here to view.A few days ago, we learned Fifty Shades of Grey author EL James was hard at work on another novel — but the details of her new project were still under wraps. Although we have yet to receive confirmation about exactly what she's currently typing, we know this much: another Fifty Shades sequel, similar to the record-breaking Grey, is headed our way.
James is not finished exploring the sexy, complex mind of Christian Grey because she says she plans to retell Fifty Shades Darker in his words — similar to what she did for millions of women (and men) in Grey. In an interview with Divamoms.com, James reportedly said: "It wasn't that hard to write from Christian's perspective once I got started." She confirmed Darker would be told from his POV, but didn't comment on whether Fifty Shades Freed would receive the same treatment.
Allow me to save us all the trouble of wondering about the future: of course James is going to write a third sequel as Grey. The first sequel has broken records since its June 18 release, selling more than 1.1 million copies in the U.S. alone. Meanwhile Fifty Shades of Grey — the novel that started it all — is considered the best-selling book of all time in the United Kingdom. James was able to accomplish this feat despite constant criticism about her "boring," "lazy," and "appalling" writing.
She's a model of self confidence.

And she is about to profit big time — yet again — from another retelling of Fifty Shades. I highly doubt she'll leave fans hanging and not complete the Grey POV trilogy by rewriting Fifty Shades Freed. The question is: can she make these books interesting enough to continue capturing the attention and imagination of readers?
Do you think EL James should write Fifty Shades Darker from Christian Grey's perspective?
