Even after splitting from Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner is continuing to keep up with the Kardashians – by reportedly getting hot and heavy with one of Kris’ best friends.
The 64-year-old former Olympian is reportedly datingRhonda Kamihira, who was Kris’ former assistant and a good friend of hers for 20 years. Or, was a good friend, since rumor has it Kris is NOT at all happy with this news.
Bruce and Rhonda were seen hanging out at an Elton John concert on Oct. 4 in Los Angeles, and since then people have been chatting about how he is cozying up to Kris’ doppelganger (seriously, they look a lot like so I guess Bruce has a type)?
Now, it’s totally possible that they are not at all a new couple and are friends, since you have to figure Bruce got close to Rhonda if she was always hanging around the house with Kris. Kendall and Kylie apparently grew up with Rhonda’s kids, so perhaps they consider one another like a brother and sister might. Right? Or am I trying too hard here?
Kris is reportedly “heartbroken” over the news, so it seems she isn't buying that they are just pals.
I’m guessing their kids don’t have much time to think about any of this since this rumor has coincided with another, far sillier one: that Khloe Kardashian is actually the daughter of Lionel Richie.
Given all of the press attention this family can’t seem to escape, I’m a little surprised Bruce has even chosen to hang out with someone so closely related to the family. I was sure he was looking for a clean break – for a Jennifer Lawrence-type to help him forget his Gwyneth Paltrow, so to speak. Is he just a glutton for punishment? Does Bruce crave the spotlight more than we thought?
Or, again, are these just old friends hanging out? I vote for the latter guess – though I still say it’s not cool to spend time with your ex-wife’s BFF unless you have her blessing.
